APIs for RM views - Obtain viewURI information

 Is there any Rest/OSLC APIs available to get all the RM views for a particular project/component/stream?

We found this information in the document. We would like to do  through programmatically. How would access filter/view id programmatically?

There is an OSLC Query Capability for views - this is defined at component level - note this won't return private views only shared ones.
