Error "no cipher suites in common"

I installed a test system for an upgrade from 6.0.6.1 to 7.0
The test system is jts and ccm on one server with liberty.

If I start the server - without any configuration changes - I get lots of SSL errors:

PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.; internal cause is:
java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: The certificate issued by CN=DigiCert Global Root CA, OU=www.digicert.com, O=DigiCert Inc, C=US is not trusted; internal cause is:
        java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Certificate chaining error
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: no cipher suites in common

Any hints, what the cause could be.
A new installation didn't solved the problem.

greetings georg.
