[closed] What does this error message mean: CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.enterprise.scd.BackgroundScanRequestCreatorTask" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "Unable to obtain license to read SCM related data: Not Found."

We are receiving the following error message in the RTC diagnostics: 

CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.enterprise.scd.BackgroundScanRequestCreatorTask" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "Unable to obtain license to read SCM related data: Not Found."
We are running RTC 6.0.6.1
What does this reported error mean and how do we correct it?

It seems to be the problem for license assigned to your user id.
Ask your server administrator to provide you the required license.
