"Any Steps we would take to set up an integrated project using IBM DOORS Next Generation and IBM Rational Team Concert."

It's unclear what you are asking for.
What do you mean by "integrated project"?
If you're looking for instructions on how to install ELM with the DOORS Next and EWM, then the interactive install guide provides those details.
