repotools -addTables 702

With the command repotools -addTables in 702

Does anybody know if this command only adds the extra schema elements that are missing in 6061 (so it can only be used to update a 6061 or 700 or 701 database)

Or does it parse the entire schema it finds and fill in any gaps it discovers?

Data model evolutions are cumulative, so running repotools -addTables while upgrading 702 from (for example, 606) will implement all intermediate model changes.

It looks at EMF model evolutions. Why are you asking about its private implementation details?
