[closed] Automatic email reminders for users
Hi,
We have a request from SCM team to check on the possibility of sending emails to users who are holding a workitem for long. In case a user is having the workitem "In Progress" for long period, can we configure an email trigger to user for updating the workitem and resolve. Let me know in case of any additional information.
We are currently on RTC version 7.0.2 iFix19.
