How to get a list of the test cases sent for approval via Formal review?

Lakshmi K (1144) | asked May 12 '23, 1:16 a.m.

Assignee was to have the possibility to filter for the test cases which should be reviewed. How we can do this? Via assigning the test case to the resp (via owner)?

  1. Log into the Tool: Access your Engineering Test Management Tool with your user credentials.

  2. Navigate to Test Cases: Find the section or module dedicated to test cases. This may be labeled as "Test Management," "Test Cases," or something similar.

  3. Filter or Search for Test Cases: Use the filtering options or search bar to narrow down your results. Look for filters such as:

    • Status: Set to "Pending Approval" or similar.
    • Review Status: A filter indicating formal review or approval.
    • Date Range: If applicable, specify a date range for when the test cases were submitted for review.
  4. Check Review History: If your tool has a review history feature, you can access this to see which test cases have been sent for formal review along with their approval status.

  5. Export or Generate Report: Many test management tools allow you to export lists or generate reports. Use this feature to create a report of the filtered test cases if needed.

  6. Consult Documentation: If these options aren't available, refer to the tool's documentation or help section for specific instructions regarding accessing test cases sent for formal review.

  7. Contact Support: If you encounter any issues or if the features are not clear, consider reaching out to your organization's support team or the tool's customer service for assistance.
