RQM data export [TestCase, TestPlan] in custom format.

The Need here is that when an RQM user exports data of testplan or testcase in pdf,csv format they[ppl who see this exported data] should be aware of the owner of the data i.e team logo should be available at the bottom.

I Understand RPE can be used, can anyone help me out with all the possible solution and flow to address this solution.

Thanks David, I understand RPE is a solution ,but i wanted to understand if there is a option within the IBM RQM to add custom template (PDF with team logo) and on exporting, the data should be in that PDF template.
