Hi,

I am trying to download Cygwin 3.0.7 to Rhapsody Designer V9.0.1. But unable to find Cygwin 3.0.7.

 Google says: https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/Cygwin/3.0.7


Quite old, I would consider using a newer version.

 I was not able to install Cygwin 3.0.7 from the packages downloaded from the URL you have provided.

Then you probably need to find another location. This is not a Cygwin forum. Maybe you should find one and ask there.
