Remote connection issue to Jazz Server

Hi,

I'm experiencing a strange problem about accessing to the jazz team server from a different machine in another network(both of server and client machines are accessible over internet). I'm trying to request the link below from my notebook(client), but can't access to the admin console of jazz server located on another machine. If I request the admin console when both of server and client are in the same network, everything goes well, the problem occurs when the networks are different.

https://x.x.x.x:9443/jazz/admin where x.x.x.x is real ip address of the server

Should I enable something on server side through admin console to get the connection successful?

ps. There is no port problem based on firewall on the server side.

If you have RTC running on WAS, check default_host aliases. Perhaps you
don't have *:9443

BTW, I understand ping command works... isn't it?
