How to have PUB/RPE sort a column

Marcus Whitehead (133) | asked Nov 17 '22, 3:30 p.m.

I have  template with PUB, I have table with different attributes and trying to sort with the last attribute in the template....

for example

Requirement             Index
123                              2
456                              5
789                              1

I want the excel print out to have the index sorted in order.   As such

Requirement            Index
789                             1
123                             2
456                             3

Is this possible with script?

Hi Marcus,

PUB 7.0.3 adds support for MS Excel macro support and this should be simple to script. You MS Excel macro would run as a post-processing macro to edit the format. You can do pretty much anything MS Excel allows you like create a chart, and so on. Hence, you could try using the latest PUB 7.0.3 milestone.
