 Hello Team


We are trying to integrate Reqtracer ,  native client from Siemens with IBM ERM 7.0.2 iFix014. We use IBM Http Server to access the application. However reqtracer logs suggest that connection is failing with below error : 
"Failed to connect to JAS ".
We have tried below things to overcome error with no success :
1. Generated consumer key and secret and used in Reqtracer application
2. Imported certificates of the ELM Application in the local system using Reqtracer application

Could anyone please suggest how to overcome error of Jazz Authentication Server ?

This really is an issue for the ReqTracer product not ELM, but one suggestion - if you are using JAS then have you set up SSO? If you have then ReqTracer needs to understand and be able to support the SSO methods
