RTC Auto Install

Hello Team,
I am trying to create a project for auto installation of RTC using build forge.
I am able to achieve most of the task using command line .
I have created a sample server.xml file and web.xml file for enabling LDAP.I replace original files with these files.
I am able to login using my intranet credentials but when i go to Server >> Configuration >> Advanced Properties and check for LDAP parameters, I dont find values as per web.xml and server.xml file.
So i have to do this part manually.

Why those values do not reflect on RTC console ?

Is there a way to automate this part also ?
