RQM: How to disable scroll animations?

I'm using RQM version 7.0.2.
In RQM (Test Case) the option "Show all Sections" is activated.

When you click on the Sections (left side menu) there is this scroll animation to the corresponding Section. I really don't like that. It's slowing me down in navigating within the test case more quickly.
Is there an option to disable this scroll animation (entirely)?
It should just jump there, e.g. like an HTML anchor.
