You can use the component templates for using the Shared views across the components in the project area.
From the Manage Component properties page-->Navigate to Templates-->Component templates and select the shared views for using the same across the components.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
