CRJAZ0503I Failed to connect to the database

Hi,

Not able to configure RQM with Oracle DB .

Can u pls help me mean how to resolve this issue.

Pls find the below error:

C:\Program Files\IBM\RQM20\server>repotools -createTables

ror:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
s1odsd02:1521/CQMPROD.WORLD

Db Name/Location: "thin:xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx@s1odsd02:1521/CQMPROD.WORLD"
CRJAZ1093I Service class "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.schemagen.PersistentMappingServic

CRJAZ1141I Failed to get the service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.rdb.IDatabaseStateSer
vice".
CRJAZ1203I Could not determine the database location.
CRJAZ1306I The service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.rdb.IDatabaseStateService" is not a
vailable.
Creating the tables for the database "thin:xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx@s1odsd02:1521/CQMPROD" with indic
es.
CRJAZ1141I Failed to get the service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.rdb.IDatabaseCreation
Service".
CRJAZ1309I The database connectivity service is not ready.
The database tables were not created.

Hello Manesh,

First, Oracle 10g? Did you follow the Oracle 10g instructions here? http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.install.doc/topics/t_instl_config_rqm_oracle.html

Hi Manesh,

I'm having the same issue with Oracle 10g. Did you have any luck with this? Any help is much appreciated.
