RCR 'Test Cases for each Requirement' calculates incorrectly

I would like to create a report that lists the number of Test Cases associated with each Requirement using the tool IBM Rational Common Reporting.

This seems to be a straight forward task. However, when running the report, the number of Test Cases seems to have been multiplied by two i.e. instead of listing '2' as the number of Test Cases associated with a Requirement, it lists '4'.

The steps I take are as follows:

* Launch Report Studio
* Select the 'Reporting Data Model (DW)' package
* Drag a 'list' object from the toolbox tab into the report
* Expand the 'Quality Management' folder of the 'Reporting Data Model (DW)
* Expand the 'Test Case Metrics with Requirement' folder
* Drag the 'Requirement' dimension onto the 'list' object
* Drag the 'Total Test Cases' measure within the 'Test Case Metrics with Project and Requirement (Current Snapshot) folder onto the 'list' object'

If I list the individual Test Cases with Requirements using the 'Test Case Details' table in the same 'Test Case Metrics with Requirements' folder, I can see the correct number of Test Cases for each Requirement.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug?

The software versions used are as follows:
-----------------------------------------
IBM Rational Common Reporting
Version: 1.0.0.0
Build id: 20100310-0900

IBM Rational Quality Manager
Version: 2.0.0.1 (I20091214_0623)
-----------------------------------------

RQM and RCR are installed on separate servers running Windows Server 2003 SP2.

Any help is appreciated.
