How to extract files/attachments from a specific work item type?

I like to extract files or attachments with work item extraction of other parameters. 
Example:
  I have a list of Tasks and I can extract all or most of the fields/parameters to cvs file.   I am NOT sure and aware to extract files with them.  In work items of CLM, Link tab have attachments, I like to extract the attachments also.
Is it possible to get the link or physical file to extract all attachments?

Please help and provide some solution.

 The Workitem Command Line supports exporting work item attachments. It saves them in a folder structure that is organized by work item ID to be able to make them accessible. The tool can be found here: https://github.com/jazz-community/work-item-command-line
