"Not Run" Execution state not exist in the "Execution state" list

I am using version: 7.0.2 build : I20201110_1306 (QM)
in "Manage Project Properties" under "Execution state" there is no "Not Run (
)" as it shows in:

Is this a question? If so, what is the question?
If the question is somewhat along the lines "Why do I not dee the execution state?"
Did you read the documentation page. It says
You can customize the execution states that are shown in test case results, test suite results, and test script step results in the Execution States page of the Manage Project Properties > Properties section. To navigate to the Execution States page, click the Administration icon (Administration) in the banner, and then click Manage Project Properties > Properties > Execution States.Maybe your process is customized?
