On ELM 6.0.6.1 RQM - Where do I set the Test Case Execution Record Categories?

I need to se the Test Case Execution Record Environment Category, using the WEB Interface, in Quality Manager Rational ELM 6.0.6.1 but I am unable to find the place where I can create the list of option for this. Where, in the WEB interface, do I set the Test Case Execution Record Categories?
