RQM 2.0.0.1 Express Edition: License denial. [User: xxx]

Hi,

I've installed RQM 2.0.0.1 Express Edition.
Configured user access using MS AD (using guide from here: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/LDAP4Dummies)

I can login using a user from JazzAdmins group, but when I try to login with users from JazzUsers I get the errors bellow in the log.

Any idea where should I look? Or what is wrong?
