Unable to enable Rhapsody Model Manager

After installing the 64 bit ewm integration plugin, when trying to enable Rhapsody Model Manager, I get the following error:

"Engineering Workflow Management client is not running or Rhapsody plug-ins for integration with Engineering Workflow Management are not installed.
Start Engineering Workflow Management client with Rhapsody plug-ins for integration with Engineering Workflow Management installed.

Choose how to proceed."

The version used are Rhapsody 9.0.1 and EWM 7.0.1.

In the ticket, you will find attached the error that I get in EWM and in rhapsody and the plugin that I have installed.

Regards,
Edu

I think what Ralph suggested was pointing at the correct answer to this issue.

The error message is indicating you are using a 64x based version of Eclipse+EWM, and it looks like you installed the 32x version of the Rhapsody EWM Integration plugin. Note: In the Rhapsody install location, where you find the update sites for the Rhapsody EWM Integration plugins, look again and you'll notice that it bundles a version for 32x and another for 64x (separate folders for each). You'll have to uninstall the 32x version and re-install the 64x version.

This is a forum mate and not support. If you want to, you can open a case with support .

Something is not inline with your architecture choices. I think the integration for 64 Bit complains that there are some 32 bit plugins and can not run these. I would consider to review which version of the EWM client you have installed and make sure it is the 64 bit version.
