Is it possible to work offline with RTC Client on a local copy and enable sync when we want to update. As I understand currently I would be able to work in my local workspace, but I would like to work in offline mode and still able to access the work items etc on local copy.

From a SCM point of view, you load the Components you need to your
local workspace and you are done. But I think it doesn't exist such
"load" concept for the rest of information managed in RTC. That would
require to create a local replica of the RTC Repository and as far as I
know such feature doesn't exist.
