Relation from RM artifact to chapter heading

Hello,

is there any way to tie a requirement artifact with the chapter heading artifact that contains the requirement by means of nesting? I am looking for such relation to be used in the report builder, but so far haven't found any way to do it.

Googling a bit deeper reveals that the relation is maintained by the system and externalized e.g through CSV exports

where it is called parent binding. But it is not the child/parent relationship. So the question is of parent binding may be used by report queries.
