How to find number of Requirements in RQM?

What is an easiest way to find number of requirements created in RQM?  
Also, the number of requirements and status of each?

Another item is type of all files attached to the requirements?

 You can use the Jazz Reporting Service Report Builder to report on requirements tracing to tests (or vice versa). Or other queries on requirements and their attributes.
