Vanishing iFix008 update for ELM 7.0.2

Dear Jazz Community

Some time ago we downloaded ELM 7.0.2 and the latest revision of iFix008 to install the production environment.

Yesterday we started to configure the test environment but I see that only iFix007 update is available.

Is it normal for patches to be withdrawn without any information or is my eyesight just failing?
