Can you see your "checked out" files in other views besides Pending Changes view in RAD?

We just installed ELM. We had TFS as our source control previously. We used to be able to see what files we had checked out in other views in RAD like the navigator or enterprise explorer. It put a check mark next to the file.

The ELM plugin seems to not have an option. You have to go to Pending Changes view, so it is more cumbersome sine you do your work from other views.

thanks

In the standard Eclipse EWM plug-in, checked-out files are marked in the explorer with a yellow high-light.   I would expect that the same would be true when the EWM plug-in is loaded into RAD, but I'm not familiar with the RAD-enhanced navigators or explorers.   Perhaps they have overridden the overlay mechanisms so that the EWM plug-in overlay is not being displayed?

Hi Geoff,

various views such as the Package explorer, Navigator etc. have decorators for file version status.
