Cross type Duplicate Items search
Can you or should you be able to look for duplicates across work item types? A customer is asking if you can look for duplicates such as a story and defect with the same headline?

Yes, the "find duplicates" operation looks across all work item types.

and where is the "find duplicate" at.. i have searched for this and can not find it. i have found a duplicate assest through 'add related assets'. but when i search for this assest..... it isn't listed. i only find One. so a "find duplicate" search would be nice.

In the Eclipse UI, you would select the work item and select the Find
