Import Word document works fine without choosing Create Module. I have the permission to Create module.

It fails when Create Module option is choosen.

Version used is RDNG6.0.6.1-I20190326_1835 with WAS 8.5.5 & Db2.

What error message(s) do you see in either/both the UI and rm.log?

The question now shows screenshots for me, David. The message does not help. The RM.log is probably needed.
