How can i export attachments from ClearQuest?

I am moving a bunch of work items to RTC from clearquest. I am just going to throw all of the attachments into a folder in RTC. How can I get all of the attachments from ClearQuest.

Is the Clearquest eclipse tool the same as the eclipse tool used for RTC? Or is there a separate eclipse tool for Clearquest
