How do snapshots work in an iteration hierarchy?
I'm using the Traditional Scheduler.
I have a Top Level Plan with a number of phase plans underneath as sub-iterations.
If I snapshot the phase, the 'planned dates' aren't visible from the Top level and vice versa. However, if I snapshot a phase, the report builder will only show the top level snapshot.
It looks like in order to us the Report Builder to report on planned dates for work items in a plan, I should only ever snapshot at the top level, but then Planned Dates are not visible when looking at the phase plan.
Just seems a bit messy.
