Customising or creating artifact types in a DOORS project area involves going to the Manage Project Properties page.

I am using the DOORS-EWM (Engineering Workflow Management) integration for change management to requirements.

How do I create or customise a Work Item type in an EWM (formerly RTC) Project Area configuration?

There does not seem to be an equivalent Manage Project Properties page in an EWM project area.

Does this work require the eclipse client?

You can do this in EWM ---> Manage This Project Area ---> Work Items (in the left menu)
