Query regarding RQM Approval status
Hello Team
Use case :
I want to see my all review approval status in RQM .
Problem Statement : I do not see any approval status filter on RQM query to see whether all my reviews which are approved
Currently I see there is a filter called Reviews and in dropdown it lists all pending reviews(see attachment),But there is no option on approval status
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Vinitha,
To see the all the artifacts which are approved,
1. Add 'State' column
2. Select the filter value of the state column to 'Approved'
This filters and shows you all the artifacts for which reviews are 'Approved'

How do we mange if we have multiple reviewers ?
One reviewer has approved and one more is pending from the second reviewer

Hi Vinitha,
When the user (say User A) adds a formal review to the reviewer (say User B), User A is expected to change the state of the artifact to 'Ready for review'.
Now, To see the all the artifacts which are in review in the table view,
1. Add 'State' column
2. Select the filter value of the state column to 'Under Review'
This filter shows all the artifacts which are under review or pending for review.
