Have you observed the behavior if a project area has an artifact type explicitly removed, e.g. they have deleted “Software Specification” module artifact type, and you then upgrade them to the next template version, does this artifact type gets re-created

Have you observed the behavior if a project area has an artifact type explicitly removed, e.g. they have deleted “Software Specification” module artifact type, and you then upgrade them to the next template version, does this artifact type gets re-created automatically, since it is part of the default project template?
