Create and associate a quality task to a group of test cases

Hi,

I would like to assign a task to implement the group of test cases that
belong to the same module (customized category I have created in RQM).

From the RQM UI I can group the list of test cases by module, select
this group and create a task, but this task does not reference any test
artifact in the links tab of the new created task and I would like to
have the list of selected test cases in the link tab of the new task. I
have tried to create manually the related links later in the Links
section of the quality task but from there I can only relate to standard
Jazz work items (defects, requirements and tasks) but I can not relate
with test plans and or test cases.

An alternative possibility is to create a test suite as the group of
test cases and create a quality task for it but it is not very user
friendly if I want to reassign test cases later and a test suite is more
related with execution.

Any alternative suggestions to assign test modules to testers?

Thanks,

Ana

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
