[closed] Any solution/suggestion for the following connect failure ?

A customer reports failing to connect to RTC in Eclipse, but WebUI works fine.   I suggested ramping the verbosity of logs from a post I found in one of these forums.  The verbose output reveals little about what is happening

This person is connecting to IBM via PartnerConnect if that helps.

User reports that Partner Connect was intervening in the connection process.
