Jazz perspective not shown after installing p2 repositories.

Hi,

I have installed RTC client feature (RTC-Client-p2Repo-6.0.6.zip) in my Eclipse (Helios) on RHEL 6.6 machine. After successful installation of RTC client feature in my Eclipse, I am not able to see the jazz perspective in my eclipse IDE.

Where with same configuration I am able to see the jazz perspective and able to configure it with my CLM server on another development machine.
