Hi,


I want only the due in date in E-Mail customization in RTC but I am not able to get that, Is it possible to do in RTC Email Customisation? 

Any leads would be helpful!

 Are you trying to send emails when the due dates are close? There is an enhancement planned for this, see https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/168718
