[closed] Permission denied : when RTC tool is accessed

"Permission denied
Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource. "
Above message is shown when I access rtc through web.
Also I'm unable to access RTC through eclipse.
Please help me to resolve the issue

Hi Sidda,
It looks like you are not a member of the Jazz groups in the LDAP / WAS configuration. You will have to reach out to the Jazz Administrators for help on this.

Hi bharat
I'm member of Jazz grup.
Tool was working without any issue. Further server (where rtc is installed) restarted for some reason then the above issue is seen.
