Integrating RTC Code Review with Subversion

I am trying to integrate Subversion into the Code Review tool provided by RTC.

I am not able to find any articles that does the same.

Is there any way that allows to have a separate subversion repository but integrate that with the code review tool inside the RTC?

Are you talking about the RTC Web Code Review tool or the Compare/Diff view in RTC Eclipse client?
