What we have observed
- all urls contains UUID of components. Don't forsee any impact.
- Number of components combining DNG RQM around 10.
- will there be any impact in terms of performance/LQE etc?

Exactly as you wrote "all urls contains UUID" of the component. If You will change a display name it wont have any impact as everything is connected using UUID.
