JRS report displaying "info no available" for the Status field
Hi folks!
A JRS report is displaying "info no available" for the statuses of 10 work items. The work item status is "Concluded" for all, but for some reason the report displays "info no available" for then.
For all the others items listed in the report, the status are correct displayed.
We have CLM 604, the source is a DW and the DCC jobs are up to date.
Any ideia?

Was the Status added to the work item newly ?
If its only with this status, you may try to perform a meta-model refresh and see if it helps. It could take some time.(about 20 - 30 mins)
By default this happens automatically at 6AM and 6PM server time. You can check this configuration in JazzHomeInstallation/server/conf/rs/app.properties and perform it manually as mentioned in the above link such that it doesn't overlap with the time configured in the file.
