Can I use a table of requirments and give each cell its own DNG ID

DNG does not have such capability yet, there's a work item (RFE) where this behavior is requested, so if the description of the RFE is what you're looking for, I'd suggest you to show your interest of having that capability available in DNG as of now there's no automated way to create such table structure for the requirements, however this could be resolved through the usage of a Requirement Module or a Collection, which could provide an alternate solution.
