error when launching IBM Doors
When i press ''lauch'' to work with IBM DOORS Next Generation on Cloud Trial it gives me an error. The error is: {"error_description":"OpenID Connect client returned with status: SEND_401","error":401}. How can i fix this problem? |

Maybe there is a problem with IBM website, looks like the issue with SSO and that you are not authorized to access the site.
I suggest using sandbox on jazz.net -> https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/
