Clarification on License Usage hours
Once we generate the user list containing the license usage details of the user, the last column contains the license usage in hours for any license type other than authorized license.
Is the license usage hours is in hours/minutes/seconds? If it is in hours, how can one user have license usage hours more than 24 hours in a particular day? There are many users with values more than 24).
How do we convert the decimal values to hours/minutes/seconds?

It is a user based floating license usage report.
