[closed] IBM JRS change date format changes with export to spreadsheet with live data option

I have created historical report in jrs and used change date with option "Date(date/time shown as a date in the clients locale)".
When I export that report to excel with download spreadsheet with live data.
Live Excel sheet has change date in different formats.. Sometime it shows "dd.mm.yyyy","dd-mm-yyyy","dd/mm/yyyy","mm-dd-yyyy". Change date format is not fixed while exporting to spreadsheet with live data option.
We need stable format for change date, please suggest.
