Hi Team,

I want to create a jar file that sets the value of attribute in RTC. 

Later this jar will be used in UCR plugin ( customised plugin) to fetch data from RTC.
To create jar file do I need RTC plugin development setup ? or I can do it by using simple eclipse java project
