IBM i migrate Jazz Team Server from one server to another

I need to migrate Jazz Team Server from one IBM i server at 7.2 to another IBM i server at 7.4. I've found a document about how to install Jazz Team Server on IBM i but there is nothing about backing up and restoring its database files.
Could anybody tell me how to do it?

Note, you want to keep the public URI stable, which means the fully qualified host name stays the same. Otherwise you would have to perform a server rename.
