Installing RQM2.0 on a Windows 2003 server which hosted RQM1

I have had RQM1.0 running for a few months now. I started the upgrade process to 2.0 as we need the DOORS integration. I installed RQM2.0 to a new folder (RQM20), the installation proceeded as expected (no errors).

I then started to configure it to talk to the db2 database (stupidly not checking to see if the derby install worked ok!).

I start the RQM server from the start, programs,.... start RQM script. Tomcat appears to start correctly however looking in the RQM log I get a CRHAZ0282I the feature com.ibm.asq.common_1.0.0.0.v20090402_1530 is missing dependency feature com.ibm.team.process.server.feature.

If I got to the RQM default homepage I just get a 404 error.

Anyone got any ideas ? I have been corresponding with support for 2 weeks with no joy.

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
