Module explorer shows up as follows in Chrome

Only show headings
Turn off wrapping
colour by status
collapse at level

instead of displaying the tree hierarchy.

What is the solution for this issue ?

Hi Mythili,

Can you open inspect / Developer tool in the chrome browser and check if there was any issue downloading the required js files?

Regards,
Ankita

Thank you Ankita.. We realized that our URL had a cookie restriction. Once that was fixed we are able to view module explorer.

We registered the RM extensions URL on our vault server.  With trial and error we found that it works in one of our less secured environments and did reverse engineering to figure out browser settings as well.

You don't mention which iFix you're using. Since 6.0.6.1 iFix018 (and other iFixes for 6.0.6-7.0.2, details in the technote) there's been a  tightened security setting for DN extensions (which are OpenSocial widgets) - the extension URL has to be added to the "allowList" in your JTS see details here https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6466981

Thanks Ian.
I am using ELM 702 iFix003.
There is no such property in the version.

Chandan

Read the technote, it lists the versions+ifixes it applies, except for 7.0 it's in iFix008
